We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something's not right, we'll sort it out.

Changed Your Mind?

No worries, it happens. You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as they're unused and in original packaging.

For change of mind returns:

  • Items must be in as-new, resalable condition
  • Return shipping is at your expense
  • You'll need to request a return authorisation before sending anything back

We offer a prepaid return label option ($15-$20 depending on size) if you'd prefer not to organise shipping yourself.

Something Wrong With Your Order?

If your item arrived damaged, faulty, or we sent the wrong thing, that's on us. We'll cover return shipping and make it right.

Let us know what happened and we'll get it sorted quickly.

How Refunds Work

Once we receive your return and confirm everything's in order, we'll process your refund to the original payment method.

For change of mind returns, please note that we often subsidise shipping costs on orders. If the actual freight we paid was higher than what you were charged, the difference may be deducted from your refund.

Warranty

All Dine-A-Chook products come with a manufacturer's warranty covering defects. Our feeders and drinkers are covered for up to 3 years, and lubing cups and nipples for 12 months.

If something's not holding up the way it should, submit a warranty claim with your proof of purchase and a photo of the issue. If it's covered, we'll replace it and cover shipping.
