Credit & Debit Cards
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All card payments are processed securely through PayPal's payment gateway — you don't need a PayPal account to pay by card.
Simply select "PayPal" at checkout and choose the option to pay by card. Your payment details are encrypted and we never see or store your full card number.
PayPal
Pay quickly and securely using your PayPal balance or linked bank account. If you have a PayPal account, you won't need to enter your payment details each time — just log in and confirm.
PayPal also offers Pay in 4 — their own buy-now-pay-later option with 4 interest-free payments, similar to Afterpay.
Apple Pay & Google Pay
For fast, one-tap checkout on your phone or tablet, we accept Apple Pay and Google Pay. These use the cards saved in your digital wallet, so you don't need to type anything — just authenticate with Face ID, fingerprint, or your device passcode.
Bank Transfer (Direct Deposit)
Prefer to pay by bank transfer? No problem. Select "Bank Deposit" at checkout and you'll receive our bank details along with a reference number to include with your payment.
Please note: Orders paid by bank transfer are held until payment clears, which typically takes 1–2 business days. We'll email you once your payment is received and your order is on its way.
When Is Payment Taken?
For card, PayPal, digital wallet, and Afterpay payments, the amount is charged immediately when you place your order. For bank transfers, your order is confirmed once we receive the funds. No surprises, no hidden charges.
International Payments
We welcome international customers. All prices on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD), and your bank or card provider will convert to your local currency at checkout.
We accept all major international credit and debit cards. PayPal also offers additional local payment options depending on your country (such as iDEAL for Netherlands, SEPA for Europe, and more) — these will appear automatically at checkout if available in your region.
Currency conversion: Exchange rates are determined by your bank or card provider, not by us. A small currency conversion fee may apply — check with your bank for details.

Payment Problems?

- Bank blocked the transaction — Some banks flag international or online purchases. Contact your bank to authorise it
- PayPal issue — Make sure your PayPal account is verified and has a valid payment method linked
- Afterpay declined — Afterpay has its own approval process based on your payment history with them
