What's Covered
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects - that is, faults in materials or workmanship that cause the product to fail under normal use. If we identify a genuine defect, we'll replace the product.
Shipping: For claims within the first 3 months, we cover shipping. After 3 months, you'll need to cover shipping costs for the replacement.
What's Not Covered
- Rodent damage - if rodents have chewed through your feeder, this isn't a manufacturing defect
- Heat plate damage without surge protection - heat plates must be used with a surge protector (not just a power board)
- UV fading - our products are made from high-quality UV-stable material in Australia, but some colour fading (particularly on red products) may occur over time and is considered normal
- Incorrect installation - all feeders and drinkers include metal mounting brackets and must be installed according to the instructions provided. Damage resulting from alternative mounting methods is not covered
- Damage from livestock, machinery, or accidents
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse or negligence
- Acts of nature
