How we work out freight
Freight is shown on your order before you submit it, worked out from the weight of what you order and your delivery address, and it is the freight on your invoice.
- Parcels up to 22 kg go with Australia Post at the same rate as our website for your postcode.
- Pallets and heavier orders go with StarTrack: the carrier's rate for the weight to your area, including fuel, plus a small handling margin for the pallet, wrap and booking.
- Collect or use your own carrier and there is no freight: we pack it on a pallet at 16 Camuglia Street, Garbutt QLD 4814, ready for your driver.
Carrier rates and fuel move during the year, so the figure can change between orders. The weight on the order page is the weight we book, so what you see is what you pay.
