Register your heat plate

Your plate is covered for 12 months from purchase against faults in materials and workmanship. The warranty has one condition: the plate must be used on a surge protection device. Register here and we hold a record that yours is, so if you ever need to claim, it is already on file. It takes about two minutes.

Registering does not sign you up to any emails. We keep these details with your warranty record and nothing else. Keep your receipt too: we will ask for it with any claim.

My heat plate is plugged into a surge protection device, not straight into the wall.

It must say surge protection or surge protected on the device itself. A plain power board with overload protection does not count. Why this matters.
