Using a free-gift code? (free mealworms and similar)
- Type the code into the coupon box at checkout. Gifts aren't added on their own.
- Each offer has its own condition, such as a minimum spend on products (postage doesn't count) or a product you need in your cart. It's on the email or pop-up the code came from.
- Before you pay, check your cart: the gift shows as its own line at $0.00. If it isn't there, the code hasn't applied.
- Forgot to enter it? Reply to your order confirmation before your order ships and we'll sort it out.
