Dine A Chook offers a range of shipping options to suit your needs. Please review our policies below:
Shipping Rates (Australia)
- Under 500g: $13.95 flat rate.
- 500g–20kg: $15.95 flat rate.
- Over 20kg: Handled via StarTrack freight services. Shipping costs are quoted separately based on weight, size, and destination.
- Express Shipping: Calculated at checkout (from $14.95).
- Click & Collect (Garbutt): Free for eligible postcodes.
- International Orders: Calculated at checkout based on weight.
Orders Over 20kg
For orders exceeding 20kg, we use StarTrack freight services. Shipping costs vary depending on the parcel's weight, size, and destination. During checkout, the "Contact for Quote" option will display as $0.00; however, this does not mean free shipping.

How is this stand different from the old version?
The original metal stand required tools, was heavy, and prone to rust. The new ACM version is lightweight, fully weatherproof, and slots together without tools in under 10 seconds.
What products can I mount to it?
It’s designed for the 20 L Dine-A-Chook Drum Drinker. With optional hardware, you can mount a 2 Litre Drinker or Small Feeder to either or both sides.
How tall is it? Can I adjust the height?
Yes. There are four height positions where the base of the drum rests: 55 mm, 125 mm, 200 mm, and 275 mm. The drinker outlet sits about 40 mm lower. Overall assembled dimensions are 398 mm wide x 450 mm high x 340 mm deep.
Is it weatherproof?
Yes. The stand is made from ACM panel — the same material used in commercial signage. It’s UV stable, rust-proof, and perfect for outdoor chicken coops.
Does it work on sloped or uneven ground?
It’s best installed on level ground. If using in a dirt-floored coop, we recommend preparing a flat area or setting the stand on paving bricks to ensure stability.
