Delivery Times

We ship from Townsville, QLD. Because we're in a regional area, delivery times may differ slightly from capital city businesses. These are estimates for standard shipping — Express is typically 1–2 days faster.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your parcel on our order tracking page.

All deliveries require a signature unless you provide authority to leave. We deliver to residential addresses, business addresses, PO Boxes, and Parcel Lockers.

Large Orders (Over 20kg)

For orders over 20kg, we use StarTrack freight. Shipping costs vary based on weight, size, and destination, so we'll provide a custom quote.

How it works:

  1. At checkout, select "Contact for Quote" (shows as $0.00 — this isn't free shipping)
  2. We'll email you a shipping quote within 1 business day
  3. Once you confirm and pay the shipping cost, we'll dispatch your order

For large or bulk orders, feel free to contact us before ordering and we'll work out the best shipping solution.

Pickup-Only Items

Some items are too heavy or bulky to ship cost-effectively. These are available for pickup only from our Townsville warehouse — including 20kg bags of feed and some bulk items. The product page will indicate if an item is pickup-only.

Shipping Insurance

We offer optional insurance at checkout to protect your order against loss or damage during transit.

If your insured parcel is lost or damaged: We'll lodge a claim with Australia Post and resend your order at no extra cost to you.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Delivery typically takes 12–20 business days, though many orders arrive sooner. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).

Customs & Import Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These are your responsibility and aren't included in our prices.

Regular vs Express: What's the Difference?

Regular Post is our standard service — reliable and cost-effective for most orders. Delivery times are as listed above.

Express Post is faster, typically reducing delivery by 1–2 business days. It's a good choice if you need your order sooner.

Both options are transported by road from Townsville. Australia Post may use airfreight at their discretion for certain Express destinations, but we can't guarantee it.

Something Wrong With Your Delivery?

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or doesn't show up at all — let us know. We'll sort it out.

  • Damaged in transit: Take photos and contact us within 7 days
  • Missing items: Check your packing slip and let us know what's missing
  • Lost parcel: If tracking shows no movement for 10+ days, get in touch
