All Dine A Chook orders are sent using Australia Post, requiring a signature at delivery, unless an authority to leave is provided. We deliver to Residential and Business addresses, PO Boxes, and Parcel Lockers. We may use Star Track Express for bulk orders.
Insurance: Insurance coverage is available for all shipments, protecting against loss or damage. We offer insured postage for a few dollars extra, ensuring replacement or resending for lost or damaged items. If you receive a broken item, contact us within 3 working days to discuss replacement options.
