Using Heavy Duty Bird Netting
Designed for permanent applications, this anti bird netting can stand up to exposure. It is also versatile and can be easily rolled and stored between growing seasons. We recommended using 42 GSM bird netting for:
- Protecting fruit trees, plants, vegetables and seedlings
- Commercial operations including vineyards, orchards, nurseries and horticulture
- To deter nesting pest birds in buildings and eaves
- In the chicken run
- As a pond cover
- This netting can be draped over individual trees or plants, but will last much longer if fixed (for example to a frame or even the base of a tree!). This will also help to protect wildlife from entanglement.
