Calculated at checkout

Almost every day we receive phone calls from customers who have severe rat infestations. Freezone iO Ratshot Paste is the best way to treat infestations.

If you have a serious infestation, you need a serious solution. Once you get on top of your rodent infestation, you can implement a Good Coop Management plan. Part of that plan would be a Dine A Chook chicken feeder. Mounted around 200mm off the ground the Chooks can be fed and the rats can't.

But don’t be fooled into thinking anything on the market is rat proof, we are not sure that is even possible. The Dine a Chook Feeder is your best chance however of significantly minimising any chance of this becoming a problem in the future.

How does it work?

Like no other anticoagulant bait Ratshot with DIFenacoum is different by targeting both Rats & Mice much more specifically with relatively small amounts of bait to kill. Ratshot with Difenacoum is highly effective on Mice & Rats but equally important lower in toxicity to Non-Target animals compared to other Rodenticides making it the product of choice in sensitive baiting areas around Children, Pets, Birds, Wildlife & Live Stock in Commercial, Agriculture and domestic situations.

How to develop a Simple Strategy to lower rodents in the Chicken Coop

  1. Treat large infestations with Ratshot Rodenticide Paste
  2. Keep the coop clean
  3. Use a Dine A Chook Chicken feeder to prevent feed ending up on the coop floor
  4. If you give the chickens scraps ensure you provide them only enough that they shall consume entirely within 15 minutes. Scraps should be fed to chickens at the peak of the day, so nothing is remaining on the coop floor at night.
