The user agrees to negate any responsibility on the part of Four Chickens Pty Ltd should personal information held by the company be compromised in any way, whether or not this breach is the result of negligence on the part of the company. Four Chickens Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss or damages resulting from this breach.
