Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated by weight.  Please note, the prices below are for Australian orders only. International orders are calculated at checkout based on order weight.

Free Shipping

Occasionally we offer free shipping on certain lines. This offer of 'FREE SHIPPING' only applies to orders placed within Australia.

Delivery

All our orders are shipped by Australia Post e Parcel, with 99% of our orders being sent the next business day after payment has been received.

Your goods are Australia Post insured for any loss or damage that may occur. 

Please note that a signature is required upon receipt of your goods. If you are not able to be present when the goods are being delivered we can alert Australia Post to leave your item at you residence. Please instruct us if this is required.

 

Payment Methods

We are pleased to offer the following methods of payment:

  • Visa/MasterCard - We utilise SecurePay which is the strongest security system available for managing online credit card and debit card transactions. We have combined this with our Westpac merchant facilities and a 256 Bit Geotrust Site encryption. We ensure that your personal information is as secure as it can be.
  • Paypal
  • Cheque/Money Order - Postage details are provided upon checkout completion. Please note that your goods will only be posted upon your funds clearing.
  • Bank Deposit - Westpac details provided upon checkout completion.

 

Returns

At dineachook.com.au we adopt a 'full refund, 30 day return policy'. If the goods are unopened and are returned in 30 days we will be happy to provide a full refund.

If you need to return your goods, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
