Shipping Information
Orders placed before 1pm Mon-Fri are dispatched the same day. For orders under 20kg, we use Australia Post, and for over 20kg, Star Track Express. A tracking number is emailed upon order fulfillment. In the rare event of a stock outage delaying your order, we'll notify you promptly.
Local pickup is available at 16 Camuglia Street, Garbutt. We're keen to chat about all things poultry with our local customers.

How is your order shipped?
All Dine A Chook orders are sent using Australia Post unless otherwise stated. All orders require a signature at the time of delivery unless you provide an authority to leave. We deliver to Residential and Business addresses, PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.
Insurance
Every Dine A Chook delivery is completely insured for the total value of the items dispatched and insurance coverage includes loss and damage during transit. In the unlikely event you receive a broken item, contact our office via the contact us page within 3 working days of signing for the goods so we can arrange for a replacement.

A. Simply wash out, allow to dry and re-mount on the mounting hooks.
Warranty:
3-year Manufacturer’s Warranty on Feeders
Exclusions: Colour loss and fading. Rodent damage. Rear-mounting hooks are only covered where unit is mounted using the supplied brackets and weight is evenly distributed between both hooks. The customer is responsible for all transit costs relating to rear-mounting hook damage occurring more than 3 months after purchase.
